Terrence, one of the supervisors/managers at Vital support, is very rude, condescending, and lacks communication skills. He has not followed up with me on 2 separate occasions for situations in which he said he would call with an update on time sensitive manners. I've had to essentially do half of their job when it comes to contacting the insurance company (and again following up to ensure situations are completely resolved) to handle matters that fall under their job description such as, confirming active authorizations for... read more
