I had the best experience with them. I previously had a different company to my home and told me my heater exchange was bad on my furnace (so I needed a new one), my AC unit was leaking oil, and my ducts needed re-worked. Basically, quoting me 27k for the entire thing. I requested a second opinion, because who in their right mind has that kind of money on hand, and vital debunked everything they said.
