A great EMS service staff should get paid more!
Forced to miss several important procedures, ultrasounds, MRI's as well as follow-up appointments due to no-shows and late arrivals. Even after multiple confirmations they were again 30 min late.
These people are ridiculous. There driver almost smashed into me coming into my lane. Not to mention almost running me and my family off the road. when I beeped to let them know she flipped me off and then waved. I don't know who was driving ambulance number 41 on 5-31-2022 at 1625 near West Boylston but they are dangerous and unprofessional. When you call to speak to a supervisor all you get is a voicmail.
