A medical office visit/experience starts and ends with the front desk person. At Vital Dental the front desk to the dental hygienist and Dr. Patel, all were caring, understanding and helpful. This was probably one of the most pleasant dental visit experiences I've had over the years which starts and ends with the front desk person. I most appreciated I did not feel like a dollar sign. This place is wonderful! While we were driving to Florida for our winter retreat, my husband lost one of his crowns. We called to see how soon he might be able to get in for a replacement, and they called us back right away and scheduled him within just a few days. Jeannie, the office assistant, was incredibly attentive and truly cared about getting us in quickly and taking care of my husband.
