I had an amazing massage with Stacy a few weeks ago. I am very active and have tight muscles so a deep tissue massage is a must. Most deep tissue massages I have had have either been not enough pressure or way way way too much for what my body was ready for. Stacy's pressure was perfect and I left feeling a great deal of relief. This relief lasted for days, and I will definitely be back! Not to mention the room was very relaxing -- a little oasis in the heart of Austin. 5 stars!
RecommendedStacy understands the body, has the perfect touch and knows just what you need to feel whole. Her hands are magic and she leaves you with advice on what you can do to prolong the benefits of massage. She’s even taken the time to write down yoga poses I can do (and what each pose will help me with) for my daily practice. Stacy has been a gift for my health and wellbeing- highly recommend her!
I have taken both of my teenage daughters to get their first massages from Autumn. They were both amazed at how great they felt. Scheduling is a breeze & the environment is so peaceful & inviting. I will absolutely be back, bring my daughters back & recommend Vita to everyone I know. A good massage can change the world and Vita is the place to go.

I had my first ever reiki session with Leslie C. yesterday and was completely blown away. Leslie guided me through the experience with a comforting confidence and gentle nature. I wasn't sure what to expect as I've only ever done more tradition work with LMTs, but I've learned how beneficial (and cool) reiki can be and look forward to working with Leslie again very soon!
Absolutely amazing. Sarah did a fantastic job and I am seriously considering signing up for the membership. 5 stars!
