Great office but horrible billing practices. I had a surprise charge on my account without any prior notice, despite the pre-authorization form stating that I would receive billing statements, invoices, and receipts via Clover. I only received this information after reaching out to the office myself. I went to Dr Bodreau a few times… I ended up having basil cell carcinoma for something she said “it’s no big deal we can’t do anything about it”. Most doctors would not brush off potential skin cancer if they weren’t sure how to treat it. Before I was wise to her patient maltreatment I sent a friend to her. She has chronic migraines to which Dr Bodreau referred to as “just headaches”. This practitioner is not a good one. Be forewarned that Virginia laws protect doctors unless they actually cause death. I understand the importance of timeliness, but this practice is incredibly inflexible in their policies. Be prepared to pay a $25 cancellation fee if you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment. They will not budge on this, and to them, it is worth getting the $25 even if it means losing you as a patient.
