I am seriously shocked at the amount of negative reviews. I LOVE Dr. B, I feel like I finally found someone who cares and listens to what I say. They are adamant about seeing you when you want prescriptions refilled and such but I feel like that is all a part of good overall care. I can't recommend her enough. My kiddos saw the male doc and he was good as well.
I'm not keen on leaving negative reviews for folks in medicine, because I understand their work. I've been coming to this practice for a few years, and each time I'm a little taken aback. I have had ongoing health issues since March of 2023, which have resulted in multiple ER visits and referrals to one singular specialist - the cardiologist. Even though there are a ton of poor reviews-my service has always been good. Unfortunately they are moving to a concierge service so I'm dropping some stars since I need to find another pcp :( . I do not think the annual fee will be worth it based on my own experience. I've had nothing but great experiences with the practice or Dr Boudreau. This is one of the only independent practices in Loudoun if not all of NoVA. The big orgs run by inova or lmg love to push you off to secondary care providers and you can never see your PCP. This has never been a problem here. She's always patient and respectful and willing to take input.
Don't expect the pa to apply any common sense to your situation.
