My experience has always been great but my doctor and his assistant went above and beyond at the last visit for my emergency. They are true professionals and I highly recommend this office.
I started having my dental care at Vita a few years ago and it was a refreshing experience compared to dental experiences in the past. I then got married and we moved 30 miles away and I thought I could find a new dentist in my area that would treat me like I was treated at Vita Dental. I tried a couple dentists and then I made the decision that Vita was well worth the extra 30 mile drive. The thoroughness of the exams, the caring staff, and the friendly dentists are what has set them apart in my mind.
If I could give them 6 stars I would. Wonderful office and staff every time I go in.
I love Dr. Shaftel and his staff!! I lived through the "drill and fill" era when you sat and gripped the arms of the chair while the scary man in the white coat with the big needle hurt you!! It's so different at Vita Dental....Dr. Shaftel is the most gentle, understanding dentist I've ever been to. He has made me feel "safe" in his chair, and his EFDA, Liz, is top notch!! I wouldn't let another EFDA ever put a filling in my mouth because of her skill and perfection. A great dental practice. Two thumbs up!!!
