Very friendly and knowledgeable hygienists, gorgeous new building, extremely rude front desk staff/billing people who take away from the overall experience. Explanation of benefits from insurance does not match up with what they are charging, I had to argue with the front desk person regarding the quote that I was given (she was trying to charge me $515, when they told me cost was $247, and EOB says I should be paying $89). Feel as though they are talking to me as though I can't read my statement, when I very clearly can.
I hate going to the dentist. Vita makes it very comfortable. The hygienist was wonderful. Highly recommended.

At my previous dentist I was Told that my teeth were fine and I knew there was something wrong. I had to find a new dentist so I searched and searched and came across this one. I've never had a better experience in my entire life. The fact that they give you a blanket and headphones and water is just a plus. The staff is so nice and Dr. Shaftel is the best! He takes his time too explain the work and won't let you leave in pain.
