I was extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable, and the front desk staff came across as unwelcoming and unfriendly. No one seemed approachable or happy to be there, which made the experience unpleasant.
Everyone is super friendly at the office however not always the best at responding to emails or phone requests, and maybe over-reaching clients which impacts timely reports being provided at times.
My wife was referred to Dr Polonenko via a close friend. My wife suffers from a vision problem called NAION. For four years now, she has been dealing with an 85% vision loss in one eye. Dr. Polonenko was able to arrange an appointment with my wife. Dr Polonenko was very familiar with NAION. She provided much information that we were not aware of.
