The doctor was friendly as well as the receptionist, the space is nice and clean however the vibe is a bit weird with some of the staff I didn’t feel like I wanted to come back.
The care at the Low Vision clinic was excellent. We should have visited much earlier. Everybody was so friendly and caring and trying to find a solution to our problem. Thanks for all your help.
Today was my first eye exam in 3 years, my other Optometrist had moved away, so I had to find a new Optometrist. I found Dr. Tanya Polonenko and decided to book an appointment, I would like to first thank her team for the very warm welcome as I came into the office, all were very friendly, polite and just willing to help you with your questions/ concerns. I have been a Patient of Dr, Polonenko for about a year! I very rarely write any reviews and this one is special. This Dr. is amazing. She spends time with you and explains in details all the tests and the results in plenary. Amazing to be in this clinic with all the lovely staff who are concerned about your well being.
