My son & I had exam appointments today. Dr. Zai is simply the best!!!! She always listens & I never feel rushed. She always takes her time to answer my questions . The entire team is so friendly and so welcoming. I highly recommend Dr.Zai & team
The doctor was friendly as well as the receptionist, the space is nice and clean however the vibe is a bit weird with some of the staff I didn’t feel like I wanted to come back.
The care at the Low Vision clinic was excellent. We should have visited much earlier. Everybody was so friendly and caring and trying to find a solution to our problem. Thanks for all your help.
Today was my first eye exam in 3 years, my other Optometrist had moved away, so I had to find a new Optometrist. I found Dr. Tanya Polonenko and decided to book an appointment, I would like to first thank her team for the very warm welcome as I came into the office, all were very friendly, polite and just willing to help you with your questions/ concerns.
