NEVER, EVER, EVER BUY anything from this company AGAIN! It doesn't even deserve A Star! Customer SERVICE SUCKS--NOOOOO STAR!!! It's been 19days since they received my MP3 player (sent it exactly how they specified) I have emailed Customer Service asking for a status have Not YET received an answer from them! REALLY DISGUSTED

worse service EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have called 3 numbers went to all three opt on each number and wouldn't you know it no answer and the mail boxes are all full. this is RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how can a company stay alive like this I will never buy anything from visual land again and I will make sure no one else I know will buy either if I don't hear something soon about my tablet I am going to sue and so should everyone else as of now I spent 130 dollars on a tablet that didn't even hold a charge from the fi... read more

Their customer service sucks to the max. They suck. I would never never buy anything that remotely made by this company. please boycott this co. from U.S. to do any kind of business.

Customer service is horrible. Takes days ot get a reply back and they NEVER call back after a message. I have been trying to get status on a tablet I only used for 8-days and it stopped working...Right now I have no tablet and no idea what is going on with the one I sent...use a different comapny, buy from a different company!
