Doctor was knowledgable and staff was very nice. The lady that helped me in the front, Kim, spent her time explaining everything I was purchasing in full details. She knew I had a budget and was willing to budge on prices, which I thought was good customer service. I will definitely refer my family and friends.
Best optometrist I've ever been to...Dr. Chhitwal's office has a wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. I've been going there for a about 2 years now. Dr. Chhitwal is extremely nice and passionate about what he does, so he is very informative and takes the time to make sure you're comfortable and that he does what's best for your eyes and vision.

I love the Visual Health. They have all the latest and greatest technology. The staff is SOOOO nice, courteous and helpful. They really "take care of you" from appointments, exams, and selection of products to insurance billing. I find my visits there easy and pleasant ! They are definitely a full-service establishment that remembers happy customer are critical to their success.
The Chhitwal are excellent optometrists. The office has the warm welcome of a family practice while providing the best and most up-to-date care. I always know I’m in good hands there and recommend them to everyone.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Goes above ordinary and minimal service you get other places. Dr. Chhitwa is great, explains everything and is very caring.
