Since this was my first time, the service I received from the optician Sahra was incredible! She was patient with me as I picked out my glasses, offered her completely unbiased advice and persuaded me to express my originality. She answered my questions knowledgeably and was very effective with her service. Visual Eyes hires employees with such professionalism I would be foolish to go anywhere else! Definitely the best experience I have ever had!

I became a new customer. The service was excellent. When I arrived, the receptionist, Tiffany, greeted me and began the process. The optometrist, Dr. Bowie was thorough. I was examined for glasses and contacts. She took her time to ask questions and to answer my questions. Then, Yvonne worked with me to find the glass for my face shape and the best lens package.
