I will NEVER go back. I had my eye exam on January 25, 2019, picked up my glasses on Feb. 16, 2019 after calling to see If they were in. I tried on my glasses and asked the associate if they were transition lenses, she said yes. They were not. I took them back, the associate told me that I could keep them and she would order the correct lenses, which would take about a week. I want to start out saying Vivian in the Greenbelt location did what she could for me and what was in her control. However in saying that this was my 3 month experience with Visual Eyes. I went to Visual Eyes in Beltway Plaza in Greenbelt, Md on 12/5/16. I had rx from my eye doctor. I received phone call about 2 weeks later my glasses were ready. Went to pick glasses up. 2 pair distance and reading. Distance glasses were so cloudy and distorted I am not sure how they got out of the lab. Reading gases were not ready yet. got ... read more
