Special thanks to Emily for her patience, skill, kindness, and good humour helping my elderly Mom find just the right glasses. FYI staff on the whole has been generous and incredibly kind. Emily's diligence caught an error in Mom's lenses and, in unison with a supervisor, it was corrected without my asking and above any expectations. I'm really grateful and Mom is excited for her new glasses.
As always, the service and care I received was excellent. I would highly recommended this place of business.
