Kellie & Sean are very helpful & I love Dr.Choudhry is so nice and friendly. Their contact lenses are cheaper than online and they ship them right to my address. Can’t recommend enough for eye exams and contact lenses!
Appreciate the eye doctor but not overly pleased with the front end service. Had a poor experience in receiving an order placed. Front end staff needs to read and confirm details before advising clients. Even had a reason for delay given because of a Canada Post strike - which didn’t occur and isn’t a fact. Very frustrating process overall.
I recently had the pleasure of being seen by Adrianna at FYI for a frame selection. I can't say enough good things about her service. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me warmly and took the time to understand my vision needs. She explained every step, answered all my questions, and ensured I was comfortable with my final choice, while also offering terrific suggestions for frames. Had an incredible time at fyi doctor's. Everyone there made sure I was given the proper lenses, glasses and at a amazing price point as well! One person who really stuck out and made my experience the best it could be was Kellie, she made sure that not only did I look great, she also went above and beyond to ensure they weren't just stylish but comfortable to! I'd recommend fyi doctor's to anyone needing vision care, the service I recieved from Kellie and the others was second to none!
Dr. Choudry is very attentive and kind. As for my vision… it was hard to focus on the letters on the wall when my eye doctor is cute. Lol Quinton and Jayden were also both very personable, helpful and knowledgeable. Another great experience, will be returning! Thank you
