Highly recommend. We love that our machines are monitored and supplies are automatically shipped out to us. This makes our lives much easier. Also, the ease of reporting maintenance issues with our machine via email is a life saver.
I have used Visual Edge Technology, formaerly XMC Inc for the last 18+ yrs and has always provide excellent service. They are a top tier company that provides many other offering than just copiers. Their Managed IT Services offerings are phenomenal and very customizable depending on what your IT needs are. They are a little more than there competitors but well worth the money. XMC has upgraded in my book to the level of a harasser. Their sales reps are aggressive and relentless, I have filed multiple FCC complaints against them because they refuse to honor the national do not call registry in addition to their sales reps or contracted lead agents refusing to add me to their no call lists per my multiple requests (or maybe they are not a competent enough company to be able to have a system in place that enables them to follow the law?)
