Kicked me and my child out in the dead of winter during ice storms for to me making just two more dollars in my my employment. They gave me two weeks to find something else living wise but also filed an eviction. The owner was even upset that their attorney advised them that an eviction shouldn’t be put on my record if I’m leaving. And I did. I didn’t even want the cap anymore with them. Terrible at handling maintenance issues. I have been without hot water for 5 days and have just been told “we’ll check on that”
I just moved into one of their properties and the whole experience went very smoothly. The application process was quick, easy and the staff were very helpful. The building is very clean and my apartment is really really nice.
If I could give a 0, it will be a -0, this company is sorry,they don't fix anything but they want that rent money. I been living in my house from day 1 from the time it was built, never had a problem with none of the other management companies until Vistula Management took over, nothing gets fixed, they just take your money and run with it. Now I maybe losing my housing choice voucher because of them, something needs to be done.... NOW !!!
