Lived here for 6 years and can't say enough how amazing it has been. The people who work in the office are always super friendly. They even have doggy biscuits for the canine pals! The maintenance team is very nice and professional, quick to fix any problems--including when my electricity went out due to fuses. Pet-friendly locations and spatious apartments (I was in the Grand Vistas) with included laundry units was a Godsend. And hard to find elsewhere. Only reason I'm moving out us to save money. Horrible experience! The management is the absolute worst. They lose track of everything, including payments! There are plenty of places that are the same price with much better management. They'll also bill you a ridiculous amount for cleaning and "damages" when you leave. They won't tell you when they're doing the final inspection even though they tell you they will let you be there. Do not live here. Look elsewhere unless you like being ripped off. Definitely not worth it.
