They are evicting people left and right for no reason!its all younger people and mainly people who don't cause trouble up there!! DO NOT LIVE THERE!!!
My view ? I'm grateful and thankful, I have a roof over my head.. there are many people homeless and would trade places with, some people here. Winter is upon us now, so,remember this, it's a lot worser in other places ..this is great compared to bigger cities like Detroit, Chicago and New York..It's how you ask Management once you put your work order in....not in your timing but, but maintance back log, and the demand on I want it fixed and I want it fixed Now.. Maintenance here sucks now... they need to get Sam back up here he knew what he was doing and the people trusted him!!! He went beyond his duties to help people!!! He made this place easier to live in!!!

They don't like to make repairs it's noisey people are rude the smell of weed rolling from under your neighbors apartment will knock you out most of the time and people are rude and have no respect for others and everyone in your building has to share the washer and dryer
Maintenance won't do any work when, work orders are called in. You tell the office about it and nothing happens. The only way to get anything fixed is to call corporate or threaten to call HUD and the office and maintenance is slow moving. Then you have to worry about people coming around the fence onto the property illegally and walking through your flower beds and security and the office doing nothing about that also.
