Maintenance doesn’t fix broken things or change filters to heating and cooling I’ve had rent payments stolen riddled with drugs and druggies any given time you will hear gun shots or fighting walk out your door it’s nothing to see people passed out sleeping in the hallways, people live in the laundry room just wayyyyyy tooooo much this place truly sucks!!!
I had applied and was on a waiting list for a very long time. Yet there have been others who have applied and got keys 2 days later. Seems like they pick and choose.
I lived at Vista view for one horrible year......the front office staff are rude and they ridicule you. I never missed a month's rent but I would get eviction notices hung on my door. I could always Produce rent receipts. They would give a hand written receipt along with money order receipts but want me to trace money orders.
Are felons accepted, can I get in being a single mother with no job and what Utilities are included? Please help I'm in desperate need of a place to stay with my 6-month-old.
HORRIBLE! Not fit to live in.
