For my first apartment I think I lucked out. I've been here coming onto 3 years now and honestly everything has been very well handled. They renovated as well so everything is gorgeous.
Be prepared for your rent to increase around $150 each year and if you have 2 vehicles good luck with parking but make sure your parking permit sticks to your windshield or you’ll probably get your vehicle towed even if it’s parked where it should be.
If I could I would have selected 0 stars. The property manager there (Victoria) is by far the most unprofessional individual one could ask for. Victoria took our application fee and played plus like a fiddle all the way up until she miraculously remembered that she approved someone else while our application was being processed. DO NOT waste your time here! Based off the other reviews of her incompetence , id find another place with a property manager that can actually do their job in a professional manner.
