We had contracted Vista Valley Tree Service to remove two trees; one being a very large and old Ficus tree, and the other a huge bird of paradise tree with 22 offshoots. Juan had called me several times and even though I couldn't answer my phone, he always left a message updating me regarding the status and time of when they would show up and with what equipment. They scheduled the work on a Saturday, and Friday they had already cut all the shrubs off, and hauled them away. Saterday it rained and Juan called and re scheduled to complete the job on Monday.
I called them to remove a fallen tree and they showed up right on time. Fast, competatively priced, thorough...everything you could want. I referred them to my property manager and they gave them a job within a day and were very pleased as well. I am going to use them in the next 60 days for a more involved landscaping job on a 1/4 acre lot in Carlsbad. I am more than pleased and will continue to refer them to anyone I hear about in need of tree service.
They were prompt, careful and efficient in removing a large tree growing very close to my house. When they were done, the yard was so clean youcouldn't tell that the tree ever existed.
This company was by far the best and most reasonable tree company. They gave us an estimate, and stuck to it. They were very fast and even hauled everything away ,now our yard looks great. I would definently recommend this company.
