They were professional, ontime, and thorough. I had them trim and thin out 3 ficus trees. They did a great job and cleaned everything up.

Vista Valley Tree Service removed 3 queen palm trees from a small planting area on my front patio and ground the stumps. They had given me a very reasonable quote and were fast and neat. At first I thought they had cut a wire for a floodlight, but it turned out that the floodlight only had a burned-out bulb. I'm sorry for extra trouble I caused them because of my misimpression. I would use this service again for any tree problem and would gladly recommend them to others.
Seven estimates were obtained for the job. The estimates had a $2,000.00 range. All had state license, insurance, workman's comp and methods of payment.
Overall good value. Pros: a LOT of work for lowest bid, prompt returned calls, available. Cons: Quality/Customer Service lacking (left debris on roof, oil spots in drive and didn't relocate moved items blocking garage; no notice for delay or broken items (min. cost/time to repr/repl but may be important issue for others)
