Notoriously Bad Management & Increasingly Unsafe Environment I've lived here for 3 years and it has been a mistake every time I renewed my lease. Management is constantly changing. Twice we've had people come to remove our stuff from our home because they thought we "moved out", (they didn't ask). Once their office was broken into and the rent was stolen, so their response was to post eviction notices on everyone's door just to be safe. Countless cars have been broken into and stolen. HORRIBLE Management And Maintenance Within weeks of moving in last March there was a leak directly over my bed. Light rain, heavy rain, it was a constant drip that, multiple times, broke the plaster off the ceiling. To shorten the story, from March to October I submitted roughly TEN work orders on the issue, all of which were closed without a single word from the complex or management. Worst place to live Worst place to live if you live here you will hate it The price is too high for the apartments most of them have mold in the apartments and the apartment complex don't care about it if something breaks down they will not fix it in time do you have to go weeks until somebody comes and fixes your car get broken into over here and your home will get broken into in there like a used car salesman they will tell you everything you need to hear to get to sign but after you're here and you're screwed

The lay out of the apartment that I was showed was very beautiful open and warm. The landscape is very beautiful as well inside and out. These are the apartments your looking for. Great if you like warm apartments and irresponsible management Pray nothing goes wrong with your apartment, because you will not find the help you need! The management will lie and slither their way out of any repairs. They will promise the world and leave you with a hot apartment, leaks and loud "air-conditioners" which just push hot air around... much like the management.

Rushing I was running late to meet my roommate and fill out the paperwork, Denisha was so nice and didn't make me feel rushed at all . she took her time to explain how everything will work and she answered all my questions. I really appreciated being there and the kindness and understanding the staff provided.
