Its ok. Just know that this is my experience and everyones experience is different. The lady the works at the front, Ms. Kim, is super nice and super helpful. This is a decent apartment complex if you are looking for an apartment located in Summerville, that is somewhat affordable (especially, compared to the apartment complexs surrounding this area & especially, if you need two bedrooms or more), and you still want a place with a pool and a small gym. I shouldn't have to spend over 5 weeks waiting in bureaucratic purgatory just to get removed from my lease. They always assured me I was doing everything right on my end but the office continued to take their sweet time. Either the staff needs to step up or corporate needs to streamline their processes. Some of us could be trying to flee from a domestic abuse situation. Your tenants are people with lives and problems to take care of, we're not just numbers.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. You’ll have no privacy, no maintenance, and no regular pest control even if you paid for it, only very intrusive and condescending management and unreasonable charges. They find all kinds of reasons to enter your apartment VERY FREQUENTLY, but resolve none of your service requests. You’ll have no peace of mind living here. Especially if you have a pet, they charge you a lot more than other communities when you move in but still look down on your pet. They’ll blame everything... read more
