I had a homeless person break into my apartment via my patio screen in June and they allowed him to stay due to South Carolina laws about squatters even though he was clearly homeless and never signed a lease with me. He was given an eviction and they were notified about this the day it happened and told their lawyer they were unaware of the occurrence. They never helped me remove him. They aren't on BBB bc they are a shady company. The current property manager Tammy is a great example. Super nice if you want to rent and have money but pretend they don't know you once you're a tenant. I had an intruder who wasn't on my lease enter my apartment and refuse to leave and they allowed him to stay even after a legal eviction was filed THE NEXT DAY. The lease only is upheld when it pertains to them. Currently in small claims. Don't do it.
New to area, Moesha and Tammy were super helpful and friendly. the space is nice, just wish washer and dryers came with
