Wow...where do I begin. We just returned from 10 weeks away in my amazing Crossover classic. We started the trip wanting to collect a new mattress and struts on our way South. What amazing after market service from this wonderful family business. Amber you were incredibly generous to meet with us in your own time on a wkd due to our tight schedule for us to collect our goods. VistaRV customer service is superb. They go well above and beyond excellence in customer service. I had an incident fortunately not far from the factory. They came to my assistance on the road, and proceeded to undertake immediate repairs back at the factory. The incident was not a failure of the exceptional VistaRV product, it was owner error. Functional, well-made and tough as nails. First class after sales support and a friendly forum and FB page for owners. I travel into the remotest parts of Australia and I needed a van that was tough enough to survive and get me to my destinations. The Vista RV Crossover is that van, towed by an INEOS Grenadier. Later this year I head off with the van to the Kimberly. I will travel through Channel Country in SW Queensland, across the Barkly Highway.
