There's better options elsewhere, although for price and space might be difficult to find. Current manager Cindy is more helpful than maintenance. Main issue here is with the owner, Martin Wang, who has been referred to as a "slum lord" by pest control. He is extremely reluctant in spending money on repairs and costs to maintain property, until residents call Code of Compliance. Residents need to be persistent in getting issues resolved.
