Do not rent at Cornerstone Ranch in Chandler. The business manager, Gina allows tentants to make all kinds of noise after quiet hours. Lease states quiet after 10pm and she does not support. I have shared my concerns of minimal to no sleep countless times and her response is unethical furthermore not making any sense. My apartment will be vacant soon and the neighbor below DOES NOT SLEEP all he does is make loud noises throughout the night. So inconsiderate and it's allowed despite what is written in the lease. Extremely poor management with no communication. We haven't had heat in over 2 weeks and no timeline of it being fixed. Since it's an older building with 3 sliding glass doors in the apartment that are not well maintained, there is a huge draft and the interior temperature drops quickly at night.UPDATE: The heat was finally fixed, but now it does not shut off completely so it stays too hot around 78 in the apartment and most of the time we have to keep the sliding doors cracked to reach a comfortable temperature. This is the worst management company Ive ever experienced in my life. I have rented many places have always made sure before move out everything is professionally repaired if needed and cleaned. I have never had a problem getting my security deposit back in full. Grey star on the other hand has taken my whole deposit of **** for nail holes where I hung my pictures and a few scuffs on the wall from where my couches were. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. They do not care about anything except stealing peoples money.
Whatever you do, do not ever rent an apartment that is managed by Greystar. We lived in an apartment complex in ******* ***** for three years. We only chose this apartment because of the convenience and location and what appeared to be good. They have a reputation of charging you after you move out or they have the reputation of not returning your security deposit. We moved out a month before our contract ended. I wish Boston East had the tendency to explain everything clearer to anyone who is interested in renting here, like explaining the exception for undergraduate students and providing the available guarantor third party options for undergraduates once they know the applicant is an undergraduate student and more. In addition, if anything comes up, Boston East should contact the applicant both through email and phone at the same time/day if one of the options does not work, since the office has both contact information on file. ... read more

Do yourself a favor and don’t move here, I wish I could give them negative stars. Where do I start....parking SUCKS, for this reason a few days after moving in, I decided to Get a garage with parking behind it for $125/month, they strictly enforce towing and parking rules, My friend had my car towed when I first moved in (his fault, didn’t have a sticker). After so many compaints On this company this company should be shut down letting there tenants live with mold mildew we can get sick I’m just waiting to file a lawsuit maybe they can open there eyes a bit more I’m gonna be filing some paperwork to the city this week unacceptable !
Be careful with this company. We rented all apt in ********* ******* When I left, they charged me for everything they needed to and closed my account in their portal. After some days they send me a CERTIFY LETTER threatening me for 14 dollars Yes 14, you read correctly.
