Our family has had nothing but positive experiences renting from Vista. Jarrett has been very attentive to any issues we have had (only one since moving in almost a year ago, the dryer element went out) and was very professional and quick to respond. Maintenance is also very knowledgeable and caring when we needed the dryer repaired. Hard to find good Property Management in Sacramento, but they have made our experience smooth and enjoyable!
Waited for someone to show up to view a house for rent and no one came. The mailbox was full and no one texted back. Either a scam or a terrible company!
The new managers are extremely unprofessional !
Things started off a little weird wasn’t informed company had switched owners and was awaiting a call back. The new management is different. Victoria, is great! Thank you.
