Dr. Lee is the most patient eye doctor(overall doctor) I’ve ever had. If I could visit her for all medical fields I would. She helped me through my transition to contacts. I was always terrified of the simplest of eye drops, but she took the time to talk me through it, and really give me time to breath when things got overwhelming. She has helped me immensely with my condition. For 5 years I have had doctors just tell me that my eyes are bad with no plan on how to help. I saw a negative review before I visited saying dr lee had a patronizing attitude to her patient and I didn’t care and still went. Uhh, that review was right. I should have not gone. Dr. Lee was arrogant and the overall experience was just not comfortable. Dr. Lee kept blaming me for having bad vision and used that as an excuse for not having my trial lens in stock because my vision is soo bad. Uhhh but like that’s the reason I’m here? I had a negative experience with Dr. Jennifer Lee. First of all, her tone was very patronizing. She seemed impatient with me from the start, and anytime I brought up a clarifying question or concern, she made me feel stupid for even asking it. Secondly… I have high myopia. Rather than treating it like a serious medical condition, she kept making unnecessary comments about how terrible my eyes are. Dr lee is so great! Very friendly and explained everything to me.
They charge way too much and give very little customer service. They didnt even call me for another visit so I am looking for another doctor.
