The staff was exceptionally friendly and personable. I felt like they really cared about my concerns and made the process fast, simple, and easy.
The multiple introduction process and the warm handoffs to reach the dental chair for X-rays and changing chairs again for a cleaning was a little excessive. I met 5 people within 15 min time frame.
A very professional staff that is knowledgeable and treats the patients very well. Friendly and respectful of my time constraints.
Excellent customer service, very gentle in and careful in cleaning my teeth. She was pretty thorough and I'm satisfied with the service provided.
As always, I was extremely pleased with the dental care Dr. Kelvin Choi and his staff provided to me. He was quite professional in diagnosing my problem and along the way telling me the steps on why he reached his opinion. Since going to South San Francisco Dental Care I know whatever dental problem I have, they will help me resolve the problem!

Dr. Choi and his staff (receptionists, hygienists and dental assistances) are absolutely the best in every possible way. I thought my previous dentist was excellent until I was introduced to Dr. Choi some years ago. I am almost reluctant to recommend Dr. Choi so highly because I am afraid to not be able to make an appointment with him.

Business has sure picked up here. Waiting area has grown crowded and a bit small for amount of people now visiting.. Wait times are exceed typical 5-10 windows and even after appt begins chances are likely you will wait again. Care is above average.
