My experience with Dr. Alex Choi was great. She was very gentle in gving me a shot to numb the area and when the drilling was being done, she was very gentle on that also.. Her assistant Cindy was very cooperative in helping with the equipment needed to finish. My overall experience was great.
The dental hygienist was great! Her technique was excellent! BUT, the one thing that I didn't like was when I found out how much the bill was. The cleaning is usually $100+, but this time it's over $200! I find out that fluoride is extra and it was added to my care. This is the first time this has happen. I'm not happy that you practice sneaking in extra charges like a car dealership trying to sneak in a paint shield!

Dr. Alexandra Choi and her team did an outstanding job and I am quite please. I have a new crown in my left lower teeth.
Friendly staff, very professional. I've been a patient for years! Have had root canal work, bridge, veneers and now an implant . . . No complaints. All that I've done sounds dreadful and painful but honestly it was painless. Every step is explained. They make sure your comfortable. When the numbness stuff is administered they have a certain way with a shake here and there so you don't feel the needle. And while your there - they've got a Kuerig machine - variety of beverages and snacks if you haven't ate :-)

I had to reschedule my appointment and was quickly accomodated. It was awesome.
I love how flexible they are. I needed to leave at a certain time for the past 2 appointments and they always make sure I am on my way when I say I need to be. Very professional and always nice staff.
I will definitely recommend south San Francisco dental to everyone I know the staff was so welcoming and polite, and more importantly DR. Leslie and Isabelle were the very best, not only did they make sure I was ok during the process but what really impressed me was the follow up call that Dr Leslie did. So to all the people who are looking at this review look no more, book an appointment asap
