I highly recommend Vista Dental because of their professionalism, friendly staff and impeccable service. My whole family has been their patients for almost 7 years. My eldest child used to have this constant fear of going to the dentist but their team of front desk staff, assistants, hygienists and Dr. Ocampo always makes sure it’s a comfortable and cool experience for all my kids. We love Vista Dental! All the staff members have always been professional, flexible, understanding, and kind. We’ve been patients for 8 years — since my daughter’s first ever dental visit. Picture tell the best story. My husband and I had been vista dental patient for 6 years. We love the service, short waiting time, informative advise. Even my 4 yo daughter no fear visit dental. Look how relax she is.
Staff is very accommodating. No waiting time. The friendly office manager, Ira, explains billing process thoroughly and Dr. Ocampo explains dental plan of action and procedure very well!
Update: Dr. Ocampo does not return calls as fast as he accepts patient referrals and medicaid patients. My child has been a patient for nine years and we have traveled over eight hours for every appointment in the past four of those eight years.. Dr.ocampos wife has decided she's going to disregard me as a patient because I asked to speak to her husband about her illiteracy, bad customer service and lack of ability to speak to me like a human being. she talked over me several times and hung up on me twice! Started coming here since 2013 and we are very happy with Dr Ocampo and his team.
I dislike dental check ups but thanks to Dr. OCampo @ Vista Dental it was a walk on the park. He is extremely passive and that truly calmed me down. His staff is friendly and very helpful, simply Amazing. Thank you Yuliana for always working me in and Blancita for always explaining so well. I truly recommend Vista Dental, you won't be disappointed.
