FIVE STAR APARTMENT LIVING for an affordable price !!! My experience at Vista Del Valle was nothing but positive. I was impressed with their affordable prices for their very large and modern apartments. I lived in a 1 bedroom which included plush carpeting in bedroom, hardware floors in the living room, great closet space, a balcony, a fridge/dishwasher, and central AC. What also made my stay with them so grand was the amenities ; free coffee in the morning, usage of the internet/free printing in their awesome leasing office... read more

The heat doesn't work in the winter, air doesn't work in the summer and when it rain it rain in the apartments because the roof is terrible, the maintenance man is a thief when he comes in to repair the apartments he helps his self to your belongings run from this place don't even visit
Besides the loud music coming from Palms some nights, my 1 year here has been excellent. Probably the best complex near the Strip that I've ever lived in.
I love my new apartment everything inside is on the up and up�
Quiet, clean great security and excellent friendly staff!!
