Since the new management took over, this apartment complex has gone downhill. The new manager, Grecia, has been absent and unresponsive, and there is a clear lack of authority. Management and staff keep changing, creating confusion and poor organization. The maintenance team does absolutely nothing. Requests are ignored or delayed, and common areas are dirty and full of trash, showing a clear lack of care for the property. My family and I had to deal with unprofessional staff and awful neighbors for 6 years (appx. total of 28 years). I am hoping those living there realize these issues not being resolved from the MANY, MANY managers that have come and go. As of now, the recent manager has left office and solved NOTHING. In addition, contacting both the main and corporate office doesn't do much, other than giving out a '3 day Notice' for complaining too much.
