laundromat is trash. It's up to the residents to report broken machines and when we do? No compensation on behalf of broken machines. Oh and roaches roaches roaches roaches roaches, the Texas edition size. Let's keep going!!! The water smells like pure sewage, my shower actually collapsed twice during my stay, and that took almost 2 months to get properly fixed (fun fact, b.s. materials were used and the same crap is about to happen again). Spend your money elsewhere folks. Speaking as a current resident.
RecommendedThe new maintenance seems very friendly. There was a water backup issue in my kitchen. Rio was able to fix the problem as well as other small problems in the kitchen.
Worst apartment ever!! Their ppl need training how to work w customers. Ignorance is not ok
There's a few complications with the water sometimes, but I love the management and maintenance ! There always on top of things and they always have something going for the residents
Everything in the previous reviews are true..don't move here plus when your home gets broken into they want lift a finger.. I had no signs of forced entry and when the robber left my door was locked from inside and they went out the patio.. Sounds like a inside job to me!!
Worst apt complex ever between the cat kingdom that your forced to live with or the water issues that seem to be on a daily basis. We've pretty much been forced to live here for 2 years because they keep telling other apt complexes that we've been late on rent before when we try to leave. Today was the last straw cuz i just found out the water is off again for the whole complex indefinitely. I wouldnt wish this place on anybody. We have been having water issues for the past year. Now we either have no hot water or lukewarm water and when I say lukewarm it's the cold side of warm. I have spoken to corporate and the manager well the manager doesn't live here anymore shows how much she believes in her product! They are "working" on the issue so they refuse any confessions on rent. I have to drive 25 mins to a place with hot water and 30 mins back to work! When I live 5 mins from work!!!
