This place is horrible because our apartment is infested with German cockroaches I have tried everything to get rid of them. I have requested an exterminator to come but nothing has happen. We pay $50 a month for exterminator but they haven’t done anything.Also my wife and I have no air conditioning in our apartment the ac isn’t working for almost a week. We have called the leasing office and the maintenance but nothing. We can’t wait to leave this god forsaken place in April . We regret living here because management and ma... read more
I’ve had the pleasure of catching 12 mice.. Now when I first moved in had a TON of problems.. They gave me a different apartment than the one I agreed on, didn’t give me the move in discount they agreed on, A/C didn’t work properly, appliances falling apart, sink backed up, outside door is hard to close/lock, but worst of all RATS! Now I didn’t get a picture of the larger ones that I caught, but they were the size of hamsters! In my kitchen, rooms and bathroom.. dont live here. maintenance sucks the new management doesn't do anything its 3 months that my bldg cant get constant water, hot water if you're lucky. reports have been made and like I said month 3. peoples cars get broken into or they cant simply drive because they do hit other people's cars here. police reports have been made and the office has been told and they simply say they have no input in the issue, it's up to the police. so if you rob cars, steal, dont shower and cant drive....then live here
Vista del Rey sucks! The management is horrible! Always so many issues here and nothing ever gets fixed! Especially with the plumbing! Definitely stay away!
Maintenance sucks. Poor living conditions. Office isn't helpful. Water issue sucks. Don't live here you're better off else where.
