Beautiful community, amazing views and approachable and resolution oriented apartment staff on site. We have loved living here!
Avoid this property! New Owners/Property management are trying to CLEAR the building displacing many longtime residents with HUGE! ($500++) rent increases. Do not give them your money!
Several months ago, the building was purchased by Targa. The new landlord has taken actions that violate tenants privacy, including having our mail intercepted by a third party company whose parcel locker ToS allows them to record us and do literally whatever they want with the recordings. They have also installed new laundry hardware that requires now requires purchase (previously did not), and REQUIRES use of a smartphone to use, arbitrarily preventing tenants without smartphones (there are several) from doing any laundry ... read more
Have seen other reviewers post that the apartments here are very quiet but would disagree. I felt like I could hear everything. What my neighbors were watching on TV. The elevator ding from the hallway. I complained about one of my neighbors being noisy (playing loud music) and never got a response from management. The bathroom ceiling and walls were discolored when I moved in. It is difficult to keep the bathroom clean and free of mold, however, since there is no fan. It is also rather small.
