Reallly bad place to live, dont live here, way overpriced
Too much fire alarms, happens way too often. Do not live here if you value silence.
The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the communal spaces are always maintained. Overall when you first move in the apartments are in good condition and if there's any problems they take care of it right away.
Living in the Graduate Housing of VDCN and love everything about it. Its perfect because it includes laundry and parking in the rent. UCI students have an easy commute to school on the shuttle with a stop right in front of the building. Honestly can't complain about anything except I wish there was an elevator when I have a lot of heavy groceries.
I started living in VDC Norte during Summer 2016, and I only have positive things to say about this community. The CA's are incredibly helpful to all my needs and answers any question to the best of their abilities. Shout out to one the CA's Abraham for excellent service. Would definitely recommend living here for your second or third year.
I currently live in the undergraduate housing and honestly love living here. Their place is nice and clean. I had a problem with my fridge in the beginning, but the staff was quick to fix it once I placed the work order. It is definitely a great environment because of the friendly and professional staff. They also have great events that take place throughout the year that get you out of your room and have a bit of fun!
