our family has stayed here and we loved it. our condo was immaculate. and staff was outstanding.
We got in late our first night and had requested a certain condo complex . Unfortunately at that time they could not accommodate us. Next morning I called to inquire about switching. The desk clerk Fran understood our situation and went way and above for us and moved us into a unit that was where we wanted to be!! Thank you Fran ! From Massachusetts teachers 😊
Great facility and location. Near convention center, between International and Universal Blvd, but quiet. Nice walking path around the lake area, pool, clubhouse with fitness center, games and bar. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We come for a month at a time and this is perfect, but it would be great for any length stay.
