i pay in advance and they let me wait for a room from 7am to 2pm and we drive all night. never pay in advance anymore this never happened before worst experience

Beautiful rooms with every possible convenience. An overall first rate experience. A beautiful pool area, private patios with a beautiful view of the lake. Located within minutes of all the attractions.

Massive apartment/condo perfect location for universal, sea world , shopping malls . Pool nice , easy walk to publix and Walgreens. Definitely would stay again.

This place is awesome. Myy third week I. Orlando and 4th resort. All were great, but this place was amazing. Felt like home As if I've lived here for years.

The resort was beautiful but the staff was horrible! No eye contact at all even though i was standing in their face. The answers I received were very short and sarcastic. They definitely need a class in Customer Service because they are lacking. They were very polite to the older white couple in front of me but the minute i walked up no eye contact at all.
