Our stay there was wonderful. We did both Universal and Disney World. The property was neat, clean and the secure gate was nice. The condo was spacious, clean, and felt like home. The staff was pleasant, kind, and helpful. We are looking forward to our next stay.

The first room we was given was dirty and tired, the second one we was given wasn’t much better. You couldn’t see through the patio doors they were that dirty, I found an old crusty muffin under the coffee table and the room was covered in dust. We was also looking over a building site. Huge disappointment. Also I could not believe there was no maid service throughout our stay. We have travelled allover the world, self catering and this is the first place I have ever stayed, where clean sheets and towels haven’t been replace... read more
