Would not recommend. Not compliant with Texas requirements for maintenance or living conditions. Don’t personally live here but my friends who do are being put through the ringer. Eviction threats, requiring full rent and no assistance for those that can’t live in their apartments. Black mold. Refusing to fix within a timely manner. It's not worth moving here. Too many problems
RecommendedThe team at Vista’s are all so helpful. Very kind and thoughtful. I have been in the business for 16 years and I was completely surprised by my entire experience living her. I am very impressed and grateful for their entire team. I would recommend them over and over.
They are illegally ignoring noise ordinance complaints
I don't recommend any complex that is managed & for lack of better verbiage, maintained by GVA.
Its been a pretty good 7 months, can't complain.
I don't like this new management company. They say one thing, but as soon as it's inconvenient to keep to it, they back out of it. I'm so disappointed. I loved living here until they started pulling this kind of thing. I probably would've continued to resign my lease for years had they not started being unfair & inconsiderate & greedy.
