PLEASE READ NEGATIVE REVIEWS !!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Let’s first start with the fact that unit I lived it had problems almost weekly. My water was never fixed under sink in the bathroom , they did a terrible job fixing anything in here. I am so glad to be out of here because lord knows I couldn’t go another week. If your looking for a place to call home this is not the place to call “HOME” everything about it is not what they make it out to be building has trash in garage since I moved here “August” I saw a mouse running from trash that’s next to door to elevator they don’t complete work orders correctly they half fix stuff and send text message saying work orders completed I have work orders that still haven’t been attended to for over a month they give you your usage for utilities for the past 2 months my electric bill been high an... read more
Since the new office crew took over, things have been going very well with my experience. Dana and Chris are so attentive to my concerns. Greg is phenomenal with taking care of the maintenance issues. I must say too, they were all very kind and comforting when I loss my brother in death just after two months of moving here. Thank you so much Vista Team and I look forward to a long residency here in the building. Update for 2024-2025: I love it here. I’ve renewed my lease!!!
Very overpriced yet crappy apartments. For such a high price there shouldn't be roaches all over the place ! Extremely drafty windows, trashy window unit air conditioners and barely functioning heat. The lobby is a mess with broken vestibule doors and broken mailboxes. Parking garage turns are extremely sharp feels very unsafe. Avoid at all costs
