Verified Renter Overall pretty good. There can be some noise on done nights but nothing to serious. In addition, the only serious concern is residents who don’t have their dog on a leash. There has been multiple occasions where I have seen dogs be aggressive towards residents and vista workers. The owners may say they’re friendly but it doesn’t seem that way. Also big dogs that can jump the balcony from 1st floor apartments. Aside from that vista is calm and friendly

Verified Renter Been living here since my boys were 3 and 4 now they are turning 18 and 17. We have created amazing memories living in this community surrounded by great neighbors.
Verified Renter Very helpful, very quiet neighborhood and also when we moved they gave us a few amenities which was nice of them thank you vista. The maintain people are quick to show up to fix stuff.

Verified Renter Great experience so far except for downstairs neighbor who has made me paranoid to even walk around in my apartment. Awaiting for a resolution to this problem. Otherwise, I have no major complaints

Verified Renter The convenience of having laundry in unit is the most appealing amenity. The parking situation is atrocious with no effort being put towards a solution. There also seems to be little care on tenant satisfaction, with subpar communication. I moved in to a filthy unit, when trying to share pictures and findings I was met with bounce back email addresses. Verified Renter Great complex just don’t like the lease terms. I also don’t like that we have to pay for the parking spot that comes assigned with the apartment. I personally think that should be covered with the rent. All the extra spaces make sense to pay for.
unresponsive management Looks pretty from outside but once you become a renter the management practically ignores you and any complaints you may have. Takes forever to get any maintenance done and break ins to cars in the gated lot are almost weekly. There is so much mold in the shower areas that they just paint over and hope you don’t notice. I would not recommend to anyone
Verified Renter It’s a great apartment, well maintained and great access to the freeway. Apartment is right next to Food max and Safeway is within a mile from the complex too.
