Been a customer for about 9 years and I will never be back. Recently, the scheduling for visits has been awful trying to see a certain therapist then getting to your appointment and they were switched, getting to an appointment and not being on the book on multiple occasions..... more scheduling issues than anything else. Squeezing in appointments to get more money and sacrificing quality for that.
