The level of care was ok, but the office staff is horrible. Had a problem with billing issues do to a change in insurance companies and refused to work through the issue. I WOULD NOT recommend this service. If you need home care......Keep looking.
Dr. Leonard was great the first visit...but I kept calling to say my Mother was getting worse and her health was declining. Did she ever come back to see her - NO. I was told my Mother did not qualify for Hospice or Palliative Care (she was basing that on her initial visit). My Mom passed away on 8/31/19. Dr. Leonard saw her on 8/7/19. Thank you for nothing. Making us wait 3 days to see the results of the UTI test. I was telling you she is dehydrated - you never came to see her. I do not recommend this service at all. It is ... read more
