The Nurses here have been very supportive and wonderful to me since I had my 3rd toe removed permanently they are wonderful people too.
This agency has cared for both my parents. The nurses and therapists that have cared for my Mom gave her exceptional care. They went above and beyond to assist in her recovery and rehabilitation. My Dad was a hospice patient and again received exceptional care. The nurses were so compassionate and kind. They made us feel at ease which enabled us to keep our Dad at home until he passed. His CNA was always wonderful and kept him laughing until his final days.
Horrible experience with this service. They lack communication and asked the same traumatic questions every time they visited my mother in law. They showed up without confirmation several times. The day my mother in law passed away, they sent a nurse over (presumably to be there for us), and she spoke the entire time, gave us her entire life story and dating history, wouldn’t stop talking about other clients who had passed, and lacked any sense of professionalism. They definitely make you feel like you work for them. Crucial time in my mother's life and they come on their schedule, not hers. 51% my own fault I trusted they were providing all Mom is entitled to, now that I've been to medicare.gov and followed up with Visiting Nurses I feel like they're still not going to be doing all that medicare pays them for. Holiday week so I will wait and see what transpires next week and upgrade or downgrade my review as appropriate.
