Visiting Angels did an excellent job of matching us with an amazing home care worker for the few weeks our 93 year-old mother was at a family reunion in Old Mission. I could use so many different adjectives to describe "Shorty", but ones that immediately come to mind include: observant, attentive, kind, empowering, reliable, strong, caring, unassuming, and professional. Visiting Angels is the most reliable agency in the Traverse City region. They are consistent, caring, trustworthy and extremely supportive especially when you are in a bind. Visiting Angels was great! My mom was safe and thought of the carers, Kim and Jennifer, as her friends. They were flexible and supportive of my mom's evolving needs. Jennifer (in the office) was understanding and helped us navigate this new experience. Grateful for the entire team!
