If I could give this negative stars I would. We had the most horrific experience with this agency. We had made arrangements for in home care for my father when he was discharged from the hospital. The evening he was scheduled to be transported by ambulance home they had the audacity to cancel just minutes before his arrival. We were horrified that he would not have the care he needed for his safe return home. How could an agency that supposedly puts the needs of others first leave us in such a terrible situation!?
