Visiting Angels went out of the their way to accommodate my family in a time of need. They communicated every step of the way and responded quickly to left messages. My family did not worry with Visiting Angels taking care of my parent.
Our Mom passed away in February 2023 at age 100. We had Visiting Angels send someone over every evening to help her during these lonesome hours. Often the staff members read to her, played games, visited, and helped her get ready and into bed. The Angels staff did whatever she wanted to do and we were so appreciative of their tender loving care. They became her friends and she looked forward to having them come.
The angels were totally professional, caring &helpful.
I have a team of 4 caregivers that I have named the "Dream Team". I have used Visiting Angels for 3 +months. This team seems like family to me.
